Responsibilities- Maintain the functional integrity of the facility, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑the‑house areas.
- Perform repair and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC, and masonry.
- Inspect guestrooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑the‑house for required and preventive maintenance.
- Document completed repairs and report items that need attention or require a room “out of order” status.
