Basic PurposePerform basic duties of engineering, repair and maintenance as directed by Management in guestrooms and all other hotel areas as needed.
Essential Functions- Perform preventative maintenance, work orders; monitor progress and results. (65%)
- Perform special projects. (20%)
- Perform and report on the energy conservation program. (0%)
- Work on all life/safety systems including fire, elevators, disasters and emergency lighting and generating systems. (10%)
- Maintain all motors and control circuits. (0%)
- Arrange for proper trash removal and recycling. (1%)
- Purchase equipment and supplies. Maintain pars. (0%)
- Maintain audio system within the hotel. (1%)
