Clutter, now an Iron Mountain company, is redefining the storage and moving experience with cutting‑edge technology and a customer‑centric approach. Your role will help shape how we deliver convenience, security and flexibility to our clients.

• Hours:
  
  Must be flexible to start between 6am – 8am.
• Schedule:
  
  Clutter operates 7 days a week; schedules vary weekly depending on business needs.
• Full‑time roles: at least 5 days per week, 40 hours per week.
• Part‑time roles: up to 3 days per week, 24 hours per week.
• Overtime pay: 1.5x hourly rate, pending business needs.
• Job site:
  Ops Lead Drivers start and end their shift at the Clutter depot.

• Work in a hybrid role as a Warehouse Lead and Lead Driver; will spend some shifts in the warehouse and others at customers’ homes.
• Move, pack, load and unload customers’ items onsite at their residence and in the warehouse.
• Act as the face of Clutter by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Fulfil inbound, outbound, and transfer operations for Clutter’s warehouse.
• Drive a team of helpers to complete 1–3 moving/storage jobs per day.
• Coordinate tasks with teams of 2–3 associates.
• Move, pack, scan and categorise customer items using our self‑built mobile iPhone app.
• Perform frequent quality audits to ensure processes are followed.
• Manage stocking of warehouse supplies in designated areas.
• Maintain a high level of safety, quality of work, and excellent customer experience on each job.

• At least 21 years old with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Standard driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a required physical exam.
• Weekend availability required.
• Expected to lift and carry items weighing up to 50lb regularly.
• Will be on feet for the entire shift (up to 8 hours per day).
• Must be able to track and manage data using smartphone software.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Preferred experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, customer service, helper or general labor.
