A prestigious private Sarasota estate is seeking an experienced and meticulous Housekeeper/Laundress to support the daily operations of a large, multi-level residence. The ideal candidate is polished, discreet, and capable of maintaining exceptional standards in a formal, service-focused environment.

• Complete all daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning, sanitizing high-touch areas, replenishing supplies, managing trash, and maintaining overall household organization.
• Full laundry and wardrobe care: wash, dry, fold, press, hang, and properly store all garments, linens, and bedding; maintain closets and inventories.
• Support kitchen cleanliness by loading/unloading dishwashers, putting away dishes, maintaining surfaces, and collecting items throughout the home.
• Weekly deep cleaning of all rooms, including dusting, vacuuming delicate surfaces, cleaning cabinetry, fixtures, windows, porches, and specialty spaces (office, gym, art room, staff areas).
• Perform scheduled bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual cleaning tasks such as chandelier and crown molding cleaning, wall and ceiling washing, drapery care, rug and carpet maintenance, wood conditioning, freezer cleaning, and mold-prevention routines.
• Assist with estate events, dinner parties, and family gatherings as needed.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by the Executive Director of Facilities Management.

• Minimum 3 years of professional housekeeping experience in a private residence or luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of fine home care, laundry handling, and cleaning techniques appropriate for high-end finishes.
• Excellent attention to detail, discretion, and adherence to confidentiality.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to maintain a calm, respectful work environment.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage responsibilities within assigned work hours.
