We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Tallahassee team. This attorney will work across a diverse caseload, including premises liability, construction litigation, and general liability matters such as HOA claims and employment disputes. While prior insurance defense experience is not required, candidates must have with 2–3 years of litigation experience and strong writing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Draftdiscovery,motions,andotherlegaldocuments;conductdocumentreviewandcasetriage.
• Participateindepositionsandmotionpracticeearlyinyourtenure.
• Engageintrialpreparation,withopportunitiestoattendtrials.
• Collaboratewithseniorattorneysonselectfilesacrossmultiplepracticeareas.
