JOB SUMMARY:
IPFS is seeking an Asset Retention Specialist to join our team. The Asset Retention Specialist will work with our most valuable agencies, maintain a territory of canceled loans, and train and mentor new associates. A successful Asset Retention Specialist will help nurture profitable relationships, enabling the business to achieve superior and sustainable financial returns. The individual performing in this role will be responsible for providing legendary service to Agents, Brokers, and insured Customers in a timely and accurate manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Legendary Service to all Customer inquiries (external and internal) by responding promptly and thoroughly to all requests.
