Duration: 12 months W2 Contract

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of cybersecurity and technology initiatives that protect critical systems and support business operations. This role is responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical specialists to ensure successful execution while maintaining quality, compliance, and risk controls.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT and cybersecurity solutions
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and adjust plans to meet objectives

• Provide direction and support to project team members and partners
• Foster collaboration among internal teams, contractors, and vendors
• Promote team effectiveness through guidance and constructive feedback

• Communicate project updates, milestones, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
• Ensure project objectives align with business priorities
• Manage expectations and resolve issues impacting delivery Quality Assurance & Risk Management
  • Maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and best practices
  Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing IT projects, preferably involving cybersecurity or infrastructure initiatives
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend practical solutions
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience delivering cybersecurity, risk, or compliance-related projects
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
  • PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similar certifications
