Customer Support Analyst A (Entry-Level) job at Sansar Tec LLC. Tallahassee, FL.
Sansar Tec is looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Customer Support Analyst to provide hands‑on IT support and ensure seamless operation of hardware, software, and audiovisual resources. Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
- Install and update software packages and patches.
- Provide on‑site support for network, telephony, and AV equipment.
- Assist with setup and support of videoconferencing systems.
- Document all technical work and resolutions clearly and accurately.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to special projects.
- Travel to other FDOT locations as needed (25–40% travel).
- Maintain compliance with FDOT policies and procedures
Required Qualifications (Must Have) Education/Experience (one of the following)
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience in IT hardware support;
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10+ support;
- Technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Net+) may substitute for 6 months of experience;
- Associate degree with at least 25% coursework in IT‑related fields.
Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting workstation hardware.
