Overview
This multi-year transformation program is focused on replacing legacy accounting and cash management systems with a modern enterprise financial management solution. The selected candidate will play a key role in analyzing system requirements, documenting processes, supporting remediation efforts, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Responsibilities- Analyze existing systems, workflows, and business processes
- Document technical specifications and functional requirements
- Support modernization and system transition activities
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders
- Assist with data validation, interface analysis, and system testing
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and financial system standards
- Provide support during system implementation and go-live activities
- Advanced-level experience as a Systems Analyst
- Strong background in enterprise financial or ERP systems
- Experience working on large-scale modernization or migration initiatives
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Prior government or public sector project experience
- Experience supporting enterprise accounting or financial management platforms
- Familiarity with large-scale system conversions or statewide implementations
