We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer Science, Graphic Design, and Web Development. They will be responsible for collaborating with various team members to create user-centered and user-friendly web applications.

• Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Product Managers, and Engineering Staff to improve the usability, usefulness, and desirability of websites.
• Conduct usability tests and provide design prototypes.
• Gather requirements and articulate user interface issues.
• Integrate design into program rules and system architecture.
• Create innovative approaches to enhance the end-user experience.
• Develop front-end of websites using programming and scripting languages.
• Ensure platform/browser compatibility and address basic usability issues.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, or related field. Or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of combined IT and graphic design experience.
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, Web generators, and photographic libraries.
• Experience in human factors engineering, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing.
• Experience in requirements elicitation and prototyping.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Experience in frontend development, UI design, and web applications.

Preferred

Skills:

• Ability to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.
• Five (5) or more years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer.
