Responsibilities

  • Facilitate AI intake reviews, including assessing an AI solution or use case’s purpose, stakeholders, end users, data usage, risks, and required controls.
  • Maintain the enterprise agent registry and ensure that agents are linked to their approved AI use cases in the system of record.
  • Document and ensure accurate and complete records within Service Now AI Control Tower.
  • Translate Responsible AI policies into actionable controls and checklists for business teams.
  • Track risk mitigation status, document evidence, and coordinate with stakeholders as needed.
  • Coordinate and document pre-production safety and adversarial testing, e.g., prompt injection, hallucination sampling, and bias checks.
  • Coordinate use case onboarding to the enterprise AI observability platform and track alerts when the use case is not performing as expected.
  • Develop user-friendly materials such as guidance, SOPs, decision trees, and FAQs.
  • Assist with AI incident response tasks, including documentation and triage.
  • Partner with legal, privacy, security, and engineering teams to continuously improve governance checklists, testing patterns, and intake questions based on observed risks.
  • Provide risk recommendations and elevate unresolved or high‑impact AI risks to appropriate AI governance or risk review forums for decision‑making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Law, Ethics, or Public Policy preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in AI risk management; data governance, privacy, or compliance; IT governance or security; or legal work preferred.
  • Working knowledge of AI ethics, AI‑related laws, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Technical fluency in foundational AI concepts.
  • Ability to evaluate risk and map controls effectively.
  • Understanding of privacy and security fundamentals.
  • Strong skills in documentation, cross‑functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency with governance or workflow platforms (Service Now preferred).
  • Experience with Service Now AI Control Tower or other AI governance platforms preferred.
  • Experience with AI observability or monitoring platforms such as Fiddler AI preferred.
  • Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and ISO/IEC 42001 preferred.
  • Exposure to agentic AI risk patterns preferred.
  • Experience reviewing vendor assessments preferred.
  • Comfort with basic analytics or scripting languages such as SQL or Python for control validation preferred.
  • IAPP Certified AI Governance Professional certification preferred.

Anticipated salary range: $80,900 - $103,950
