Business Analyst

Northwest Partners is looking for an experienced IT professional to join our client and help modernize user management systems. This role offers the opportunity to work with Salesforce, Azure/Entra , and STMS while collaborating with state agencies to improve workflows and ensure secure, accurate user access. You will play a key part in strengthening data integrity, supporting smooth system operations, and helping the organization adopt more efficient, secure technology solutions.

• Lead the move from the old Power Shell user management tool to Salesforce.
• Help set up and manage users in Azure/Entra  STMS for secure access.
• Test new workflows and make sure Salesforce works with agency directories.
• Find, track, and fix issues during the PALM release.
• Work with state agencies to make sure workflows meet security and operational needs.
• Create guides, training videos, and train users on the new system.
• Provide support for adding or removing users until the migration is complete.
• Keep Salesforce user data accurate and secure.
• Communicate updates and progress with stakeholders.

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce user setup and permissions
• Experience with Azure/Entra  secure user management
• Ability to work with Power Shell-based legacy tools
• Experience in software testing, creating test cases, and tracking issues
• Skills in improving business processes and working with stakeholders
• Strong documentation and training abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate on IT projects
