Duties will include but are not limited to:
The selected individual will serve as a Classified Cyber Security Associate Manager at either our Kirtland AFB or Hurlburt Field location. In this role, the selected individual will provide decisive leadership for a team of cyber security professionals to secure and field specialized tools that support the governance, risk management, and compliance of classified systems and infrastructure. In this role, the incumbent will oversee information assurance activities that protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of classified assets, drive advanced risk governance operations, and implement proactive, automation enabled security methodologies for classified programs.
A deep understanding of development and security controls, combined with a strong focus on training, mentorship, and compliance enforcement, will ensure the team consistently delivers robust, resilient cybersecurity solutions.

We are a team of security professionals responsible for developing, administering, and auditing security programs that protect classified material and export-controlled data. We work closely with government customers to ensure compliance with federal security regulations and implement security solutions that meet customer needs while minimizing risk. Our team members serve as Information System Security Officers, supporting DOD collateral classified programs. We study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in DoDI 8510.01 and NIST SP 800-53.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in cybersecurity
• Proven knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and demanding environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with numerous cognizant security agencies, customers, and senior leadership.
• DoD 8140/8570 IAT/M or IASAE Level-III Certification, such as: CISM, CISSP, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, or CCISO.

• Demonstrated ability to manage the demands of multiple diverse customers, formulate and drive security direction, and ensure effective prioritization and delivery of security solutions
• Develop and implement a comprehensive information system security strategy, ensuring that all components and processes are properly secured, compliant with regulatory requirements, and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Demonstratable experience conducting internal and external customer assessments, including: identifying areas for improvement, providing recommendations for remediation, and developing and implementing corrective action plans.
