• Assess current-state data models, schemas, and integrations
• Design enterprise canonical data models and standardized schemas
• Build and optimize ETL / ELT pipelines and API-driven integrations
• Integrate spatial/GIS and engineering datasets
• Implement data governance, metadata, lineage, and quality controls
• Ensure compatibility with cloud architecture (Azure/Snowflake)
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance

• 7+ years as a Data Architect or Senior Data Analyst
• 10+ years working with enterprise databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc.)
• Strong experience with data modelling, ETL, data warehousing, and governance
• Hands‑on experience with Azure, Snowflake, Informatica, PostgreSQL
• Financial systems and enterprise reporting experience
• Strong SQL and data integration expertise

• Experience with DB2
• Familiarity with FDOT systems
  , Florida PALM, or similar state systems
• Experience with Power BI / Tableau
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
• Enterprise data models and architecture diagrams
• Data quality and ETL enhancement documentation
• Governance framework and metadata standards
• Implementation roadmap and training materials
• Regular stakeholder presentations and status updates

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
