Product Development Manager (On-site from Day One)

• 7 years of high‑tech industry, product engineering and/or IT work experience including managing teams responsible for software, hardware design, engineering and development functions.
• Experience managing research and development activities related to the design and development of software or hardware products and qualification or re‑qualification of new and existing products.
• Experience working with a cross‑functional team to ensure the fulfillment of product requirements, evaluating product performance, and transitioning products from development to commercialization.
• Experience assisting in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases, and regular corrective service or service pack releases.
• Experience acting as a technical consultant to the product organization, leading research, and prototyping of innovative technologies and products.
• Experience ensuring the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business roadmap.
• Experience acting as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development, and requirements.
• Experience leading major releases, ensuring feature enhancements, and responding to customer requests.
• Experience in product delivery, managing schedules, and tasks related to all aspects of product development.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Able to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
