Required Skills
Create processes that enable teams to move quickly and efficiently.Lead cross-functionally to define schedule, requirements, resource plans, integration plans, prioritize initiatives, and proactively identify/address potential setbacks.Work with software engineering to deliver software solutions/features in a fast-paced environment.Balance the business needs with technical constraints by building deep subject matter expertise for Virtual Reality area.Maintain the team's focus on strategy and goal-oriented results when tackling complex problems.Communicate program status, risks and mitigation plans to leadership.Ensure project documents are complete, current and available for review by all parts of the organization.Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. allowed.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Analytics, Engineering, or related field and followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in a business analyst-related occupationRequires 2 years of experience in the followingAnalyzing business processes to determine effectiveness and opportunities for improvementBuilding relationships and collaborating within a cross-functional teamImproving complex business processes and communicating these to cross-functional teamsAdvanced Excel reporting and spreadsheetInterpreting and communicating data and process improvements to a variety of audiencesProgram management, ANDData analysis, using tools such as SQL, Hive/Hadoop, or TableauPublic Compensation
$259,357/year to $265,540/year + bonus + equity + benefits
