Join our Digital Engineering practice as a Microsoft Technical Architect – Senior Manager to drive transformation, build secure, scalable, and modern technology solutions, and lead innovative initiatives.
Your key responsibilities- Function as part of a team during technical implementations for Dynamics/Power Platform, finalize architecture specifications, create designs for customizations and integration.
- Lead system design discussions, recommend trade-offs, and conduct impact analysis.
- Participate in and lead white‑boarding sessions.
- Provide estimates for assigned tasks.
- Translate data modeling, process modeling, and revision control systems.
- Lead a team of developers through technical architecture.
- Mentor and provide leadership to less experienced developers.
- Write quality code that is simple, reliable, and scalable.
- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
- Lead solution deployments to downstream environments.
- Establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships.
- Create innovative insights for clients, adapt methods and practices, and contribute to thought leadership.
- Anticipate and identify risks, and elevate issues as appropriate.
- Develop people through supervision, coaching and mentoring; foster a positive learning culture.
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback.
- Participate in business development initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
- Research skills to investigate client inquiries, emerging issues, regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
- Innovation skills to create insights for clients and publish thought leadership.
- Prior consulting experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Candidate must be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
- 10–12+ years of related work experience.
- Must be comfortable working in‑person as needed.
- Microsoft certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred.
- Expertise developing written and visual communication products.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with clients and identify engagement follow‑on opportunities.
- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package, base salary range $171,600–$392,100 (US). Additional ranges for NYC, Washington, California listed. Total Rewards include medical, dental, pension, 401(k) and paid time off.
- Hybrid model – most people work together in person 40–60% of time.
