Location: Miami Gardens

JD:

  • Capture As-Is process details of existing Billing rate, payment and collection functionalities in legacy CIS and integrated systems e.g., MDM.
  • Conduct meetings with multiple stakeholders in billing operations, collections, bill presentment, etc. teams to capture To-be process/functionalities and business requirements for implementation in SAP ISU.
  • Write BRD, process diagrams and bill mockups if required.
  • Closely work with SAP ISU functional analysts and development team to help break BRD into functional design and user stories.
  • Coordinate with UAT testing team to help write functional test cases to execute in SAP ISU.
  • Able to handle requirements for multiple rates and bill processes in parallel.
  • Big picture view and propose improvements in existing process and design.

    • Additional Details:

    • Utility Billing and Invoicing in SAP ISU.
    • AS-IS/To-BE process mapping.
    • Business requirements documentation and UAT.
