Overview
The Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Administrator/Architect plays a key role within the Information Technology department and will be responsible for providing architectural leadership and expertise to ensure the successful implementation and deployment of Dynamics Finance & Operations solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Lead the architectural design of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Lead the architectural design and technical implementation of the transition from Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to Net Suite.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Define integration strategies for Dynamics 365 F&O with other enterprise systems, e.g., F&I admin platforms, etc.
- Oversee customizations and configuration efforts, ensuring best practices and a scalable, flexible solution.
- Provide guidance on performance optimization, data migration, and process automation to maximize the effectiveness of Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery of technical milestones.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team, including developers, analysts, and other architects.
- Conduct system analysis, design, and development to ensure seamless integration and data migration.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with the transition process.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and security protocols.
- Provide technical training and support to end-users and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Certification in Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O Administrator/Architect, with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O. Additional experience in Net Suite a plus.
- Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operations processes within Dynamics F&O.
- Expertise in integrating third-party applications with Dynamics 365.
- Automotive F&I is a plus.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise transitions.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Extensive experience in system integration, data migration, and enterprise architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to type and look at a computer screen for long periods. Occasional travel, including overnight, will be required, up to 40%.
