Position Specific Description
Please note this is an onsite position in our Juno Beach Headquarters.
We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our team at Next Era Energy. In this role, you will manage large-scale recruitment efforts and make outbound calls to identify and attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have a successful history in recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume recruitment activities to meet staffing needs
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates and conduct initial screenings
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software

- Supports full-cycle recruitment for entry-level roles under guidance
- Assists hiring managers by coordinating interviews and communicating basic role requirements
- Sources candidates through job boards, Linked In, and employee referrals
- Conducts initial candidate screening and schedules interviews
- Maintains accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensures candidates receive timely updates and a positive experience
- Sources talent broadly and supports hiring practices that ensure a diverse and productive workforce
- Posts jobs and assists with employer branding on social platforms
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
