As the HR Generalist, you will be central to our Human Resources operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and accuracy across the organization.

• Maintaining accurate employee records within our HRIS system, preferably iSolved HCM
• Administering employee benefits, including enrollments and qualifying life events
• Supporting payroll coordination and system updates
• Managing recruiting and onboarding processes from job posting through orientation
• Screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer documentation
• Serving as the first point of contact for employee relations support and HR inquiries
• Ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws
• Preparing HR reports and maintaining audit‑ready documentation
• Providing limited executive administrative support as assigned

The ideal HR Generalist brings strong knowledge of HR operations and employment practices, with a working understanding of federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements. Experience in benefits administration, payroll coordination, recruiting, and onboarding is essential, along with proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably iSolved HCM.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources required; SHRM‑CP or PHR certification required.
