Work Setting: hybrid (3 days onsite 2 remote), first few weeks candidate must be onsite for training. Candidate must be willing to be fully onsite if converted. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required)
• Experience as a Recruiter, ideally at agency and corporate
• Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems)
• Experience in sourcing and a proven ability to find and engage hard-to-reach talent
• Experience in relationship‑building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peers. And delivering great experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike
• Bachelor’s Degree

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for mid‑level roles, from intake to offer
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies
• Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques—Boolean, social media, networking, and creative outreach
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard‑to‑fill and niche roles
• Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions
• Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations
• Support employer branding through compelling job postings and social presence
