Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support to our care centers, managing day‑to‑day HR operations, and leading HR initiatives. - Oversees and leads HR departments for multiple care centers (skilled nursing homes)
- Provides ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership development to facility management and team members
- Directs and oversees the work of full‑time employees within care centers
- Assists department heads with recruitment, hiring, and providing orientation/training for staff
- Designs and implements care center recruitment and retention programs
- Evaluates candidates and makes significant recommendations on hiring
- Develops and leads employee recognition and engagement programs and initiatives
- Maintains and guides the implementation of facility HR policies and procedures
- Provides innovative, responsible healthcare by creating and implementing new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, and Organization Development required
- SPHR or PHR preferred
- Minimum of four (4) years of related experience in Human Resources required
- You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
