Position:
Recruiting Department Assistant

The Recruiting Department Assistant plays a key support role in helping our Head of Recruiting stay efficient, organized, and on top of every candidate interaction.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
• Maintain and update our CRM and applicant tracking systems
• Track hiring metrics and update recruiting spreadsheets
• Support recruiters with administrative tasks
• Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication (phone, email, and text)
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Previous recruiting experience but not required
• Experience with CRM systems but not required
• Fast typing and strong computer skills
