Position: Human Resources (HR) Manager
Location: Fleming Island

Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Fleming Island, Florida. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR practices, employee relations, and compliance, along with a passion for fostering a positive and productive workplace.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations and benefits administration.

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies related to human resources.

- Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and generate actionable insights.

- Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new team members into the organization.

- Develop and present HR-related materials using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint.

- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

- Manage compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.

- Support the implementation of policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.

- Collaborate with other departments to address HR needs and enhance employee engagement.

- Provide guidance and analytical expertise to improve HR processes and operations. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or a related field.

- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other human resources software.

- Strong knowledge of employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance metrics.

- Skilled in onboarding processes and fostering employee engagement.

- Ability to create detailed and well-organized presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

- Familiarity with SharePoint for document management and collaboration.

- Excellent analytical skills to interpret HR data and metrics.

- Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements. Talent Match®
