Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in our hiring and onboarding process by managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and initiating onboarding tasks. This role ensures a smooth, consistent experience for all new hires and provides critical support for staffing new hotel openings.
You’ll collaborate closely with the HR Manager to align onboarding with training plans and support the development of a more consistent, scalable hiring system.
Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and pre-qualify candidates for high-volume hotel roles.
- Maintain proactive talent pipelines to reduce last‑minute hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers across multiple properties.
- Ensure job postings are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
- Prepare and send offer letters for all new hires.
- Initiate onboarding tasks in the HRIS system and ensure timely completion.
- Track new‑hire documentation and follow up on missing items.
- Partner with the HR Manager to ensure training plans are ready before each start date.
- Help design and refine hiring workflows, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline recruitment.
- Contribute to building a consistent, scalable Talent Acquisition structure across all hotels.
- Build recruitment pipelines months in advance of opening dates.
- Coordinate hiring timelines, interviews, and onboarding for all opening‑team positions.
- Ensure all new‑hire documentation and onboarding tasks are completed before opening.
- Track recruitment metrics, time‑to‑hire, and onboarding completion rates.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Provide weekly updates to HR and Operations leadership.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or hospitality operations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in process improvement and building new systems.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, multi‑property environment.
- Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems preferred.
- Hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
