The Housekeeper is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, and meeting product quality standards. Flexible scheduling may be required.

• Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing sheets, arranging towels, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, and rearranging rooms after guests check out.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for according to brand and IHM standards.
• Notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, or disturbances.

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement; effective in handling problems by anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving.
• Ability to work well in stressful situations.
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.

The employee must regularly stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; lift/move up to 10 pounds routinely and up to 25 pounds frequently. Hours are variable based on occupancy, season, and staffing.
