, where hospitality and guest experience come first. As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in delivering welcoming, high-quality service while helping create a safe, clean, and enjoyable dining and leisure experience for every guest.

• Grounds Operations Staff
• Bartenders
• Barbacks
• Cooks

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
• Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the lagoon area, ensuring all facilities are kept in pristine condition.
• Support in setting up and organizing events, activities, and promotions to enhance guest experiences.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for guests of all ages and backgrounds.
• Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and fellow team members.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
