The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing overnight hotel operations while delivering excellent guest service and accurately completing daily financial audits. This role ensures a smooth transition between business days and maintains safety, professionalism, and efficiency during overnight hours.

• Check guests in and out during overnight shifts
• Run nightly audit procedures and balance daily transactions
• Prepare and distribute audit reports for management
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally
• Process payments, postings, and adjustments accurately
• Monitor hotel security and respond to emergencies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Communicate with housekeeping and management regarding overnight issues

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous hotel front desk or accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Basic computer skills; PMS experience a plus
• Reliable attendance and flexibility for overnight scheduling

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs if needed
