Barto is the lobby bar featuring handcrafted cocktails and Latin-Caribbean–inspired small plates. Our 374-room oceanfront property offers multiple dining venues, a full-service spa, and resort-style amenities. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of creating memorable, elevated experiences for every guest.

Barto is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We’re seeking team members with flexible, open availability, as schedules will vary based on business needs.

As a Bartender, you would be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and/or food to guests to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly manner
• Mix and garnish beverages according to recipes and portion control standards
• Present and serve beverages to guests
• Check guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with laws and company policies
• Accurately total, process and collect payments using the point-of-sale system, handling money and processing cards
• Stock and maintain the bar (beer, wine, spirits, glassware, condiments, ice, produce, etc.)
• Cut, store and ensure product quality of all beverage-related perishables
• Respond professionally to inebriated guests, as needed
