This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP.

All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

Provide skilled PTA‑related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Active Florida PTA license (or license‑eligible) required
• SNF or post‑acute experience preferred
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred
