All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

Position SummaryProvide skilled PTA‑related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Active Florida PTA license (or license‑eligible) required
- SNF or post‑acute experience preferred
- Net Health documentation knowledge preferred
