Join Gulf Breeze Recovery as a Clinical Director and take the lead in an exhilarating opportunity to build and launch a new treatment location from the ground up! As the first clinical leader on-site, you will have the autonomy to shape the culture, standards, and outcomes right from day one. Your expertise will guide the establishment of clinical workflows while ensuring compliance with The Joint Commission standards and Florida Department of Children and Families Rule 65D-30 requirements.

To thrive as a Clinical Director at Gulf Breeze Recovery, you will need a robust set of skills and qualifications. A Master’s degree from an accredited university in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is essential, along with 2-4 years of relevant experience. You must possess either LMHC, LCSW, or provisional mental health counseling licensure, or have experience working under the direct supervision of a licensed clinical professional.

Strong leadership abilities are crucial as you will be building and guiding a clinical team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to mentor staff effectively and collaborate with executive leadership on strategic decisions.

Additionally, proficiency with various software and tools for documentation, treatment planning, and data management will be vital in refining clinical workflows and ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. • Education and experience normally represented by Master’s degree from an accredited university in social work, counseling, psychology or related field with 2-4 years of experience.
