Job Details

• Assignment is in a hospital-based physical therapy department,

• Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM,

• 13-week contract assignment,

Job Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license required if applicable,

• Minimum of 6 months recent experience as a Physical Therapist within the last 6 months,

• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration,

• Two professional references required for positions in Florida and Missouri; one reference required for other states,

• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months,

Additional Information

• No local candidates accepted; must live more than 50 miles from the facility,
