Preferred Care at Home of Sarasota is actively seeking compassionate and dependable HHAs, CNAs, and Companions to join our growing team.

Our caregivers play a vital role in helping seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. From companionship and personal care to assisting with daily activities, you help preserve the dignity and quality of life our clients deserve.

HHAs / CNAs / Companions

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene)

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Assist with transportation as needed

• Monitor and report changes in client condition

• Follow care plans and company policies

• Active Florida CNA license (for CNAs)

• HHA certification (for HHAs)

• Experience preferred, but we are open to motivated candidates

• Reliable transportation

• Current CPR certification

• Ability to pass a background check and provide references

• Professional appearance and strong work ethic

• Compassionate and respectful bedside manner

• Ability to work independently and follow direction
