Seeking a DPT or Physical Therapist to cover therapy services in Moore Haven, FL 33471 (Glades County) to provide treatment in a home setting. Compensation: up to $120/eval, $20/unit.

Responsibilities- Evaluates and treats patients in a Home Setting
- Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
- Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
- Provides and uses necessary equipment (e.g., smart devices, blood pressure monitor) as part of patient care
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- Education and/or experience:
New graduate applicants welcome; experienced Therapists - Actively licensed as a Florida Physical Therapist
- Job Type: PRN (per diem, on-call pool)
- Compensation: up to $120/eval, $20/unit
- PRN specifics: flexible schedule, may include weekend/holiday shifts; variable hours during slow periods; opportunities for diverse experience in ALF and residential home settings
