Seeking a DPT or Physical Therapist to cover therapy services in Moore Haven, FL 33471 (Glades County) to provide treatment in a home setting. Compensation: up to $120/eval, $20/unit.

• Evaluates and treats patients in a Home Setting

• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
• Provides and uses necessary equipment (e.g., smart devices, blood pressure monitor) as part of patient care

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
• Education and/or experience:
  New graduate applicants welcome; experienced Therapists
• Actively licensed as a Florida Physical Therapist
