Requirements- Pass a Level 2 background check
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Be able to commute to Sarasota for this role
- 12‑hour overnight shifts (must stay awake throughout the shift)
- Weekdays and weekends
- Assist clients with daily living activities and personal hygiene
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for each client
- Engage in companionship and conversation with clients
- Follow a care plan tailored to each client’s needs
