Compensation: $18-$25 per hour

Position Overview: Griswold Home Care is looking to hire a full-time Home Health Aide to provide elderly care and home companionship for our clients. As a Home Health Aide, you will help senior clients manage daily living tasks within their homes. You will provide cheerful companionship and assistance with tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping. You are trusted to provide non‑medical care with dignity, helping clients bathe and maintain personal hygiene. On occasion, you will care for clients with dementia or cognitive impairments.

Accurate documentation of each shift keeps the office updated on client care. You will enjoy helping seniors and take pride in knowing your efforts make a difference.

• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2+ years of home care experience preferred; caring for a loved one counts
• Willingness to be trained on our caregiving practices
• Compassionate and dedicated to elderly care and companionship
• Positive attitude while assisting with household tasks

This position offers flexible scheduling with day and night shifts available. Clients may receive as little as 4 hours of care or require 24‑hour care.
