Certified Respiratory Therapist Full-Time (Nights, Rotating Weekends)

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join our team in Hudson, Florida
. In this role, you will evaluate patients respiratory needs and develop individualized care plans to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality respiratory therapy. Administer and manage all routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures for patients of all ages.

Set up and operate acute care ventilators for both short- and long-term mechanical ventilation.

Assess patients respiratory status and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Accurately document all respiratory therapy treatments and procedures in patient records and hospital systems.

Maintain department equipment and ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.

Function independently and exercise sound judgment in the absence of a Team Leader.

Education: Completion of a Vocational/Technical program or an AMA-approved respiratory care program (Associate Degree required; Bachelors preferred).

Licensure: Current Florida State License as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support) required.

ACLS, PALS, and NRP required within 6 months of hire.

Must be able to perform frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, and patient movement tasks.

Pay Range: $27.09 $ 37.92 per hour (based on experience)
