The Center for Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy Clinician (COSPT) in Tallahassee, Florida is responsible for providing outcomes-accountable musculoskeletal care using the standardized assessment and treatment methodology designed by Integrated Musculoskeletal Care (IMC). To achieve this goal, COSPT clinicians undergo rigorous training upon beginning their career with IMC and strive for continuous improvement facilitated by weekly IMC quality-assurance sessions and monthly IMC training sessions.
COSPT clinicians are measured on their ability to provide excellent clinical and humanistic outcomes for patients participating in the IMC program.
- Assess and treat musculoskeletal patients using IMC’s standardized treatment methodology for both group health and workers compensation care.
- Provide excellent service and quality care to patients participating in the IMC program.
- Participate in weekly quality-assurance sessions to review cases that have not met IMC benchmarks for improvement.
- Facilitate the collection of clinical outcomes for IMC patients at each visit.
- Review clinical outcomes data for each patient, and utilize the data to drive assessment and treatment decisions.
- Participate in IMC training sessions on a regular monthly basis and additional events scheduled throughout the year.
- Complete the IMC Outcomes-Accountable Online Training and any additional modules uploaded or required.
- Act as a resource for MSK-related questions from primary care teams and other related stakeholders.
- Demonstrate the IMC evaluation and treatment process to providers, students, and volunteers through patient observations.
- Completion of MDT Coursework through Part
B.
$87,500 annual base salary with lucrative profit share bonus incentive opportunities.
