We seek a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide top‑quality home‑based therapy services to geriatric patients in Navarre, FL. The role supports a proactive, preventative care approach to help patients maintain independence and age in place.

Compensation: $70 per 4 therapy sessions

• Implement selected components of care and interventions competently.
• Provide skilled interventions to improve patient functional independence.
• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and other health‑care team members.
• Maintain timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record.

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Two years of clinical experience in the respective field of study (preferred). In lieu of experience, recent graduates may be considered.
• Active license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Immediate availability to begin work.

PRN (per diem). PRN therapists cover “as needed” assignments and enjoy a flexible schedule and higher pay rates. Rotations include assisted living facilities and residential home settings.
