Why This Opportunity Stands Out:Great Strides Rehab, part of the H2 Health family, is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our pediatric clinic team. In this full-time role, you'll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
What You’ll Do:- Work directly with children in a 1:1 clinic setting under the supervision of a BCBA
- Implement individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Collect data, track progress, and help adjust behavior intervention plans
- Encourage skill development in areas like communication, social interaction, and adaptive behavior
- Foster a positive, engaging environment to promote success and learning
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
