• Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Reinforce positive behaviors using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and evidence-based interventions.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and independent living skills.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress and help adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support for individuals receiving care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with behavioral health regulations.

✔
Must have an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
✔ Experience working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral disorders is preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and intervention strategies
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a behavioral health setting
✔ Ability to follow structured treatment plans and accurately collect behavioral data
✔ Passion for helping individuals develop essential life skills and reach their full potential
