Behavior Technician / Level II Aide – Full Time

We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians / Level II Aides to support students with special needs and behavioral challenges in a highly supportive center-based school environment (serving ages K–22). The Behavior Technician works collaboratively with educators and behavioral specialists to help students achieve learning and behavioral goals.

• Support the implementation of educational and behavioral programs for children and young adults with special needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists.
• Assist in achieving individualized learning and behavioral goals.
• Provide hands‑on behavioral support in high‑needs classroom settings.
• Ensure a safe, structured, and positive environment for students.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 60+ college credit hours or an associate degree.
• 2+ years of experience in high‑needs or behavioral classrooms/environments.
• Experience working with children (required).
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification (if applicable).
• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X‑ray (if applicable).
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
