We are seeking a Lead D.C./Clinic Director to become an integral part of our team! A new state‑of‑the‑art clinic is looking for the right doctor who wants to lead the clinic toward success.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Some weekends or after‑hours may be requested

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients.
• Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine conditions.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine or other articulations to correct the musculoskeletal system.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment courses.
• Coordinate, track, and report key metrics auf patient management.
• Maintain accurate case histories and patient records.
• Obtain and record medical histories as indicated.
• Take and analyze diagnostic x‑rays when medically necessary.
• Build positive doctor‑patient relationships.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records.
• Sell wellness membership packages.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Lead weekly staff training sessions.

• Strong attention to detail and process management skills.
• Ability to work independently, with occasional late evenings and weekend hours.

• A doctor of chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
Valid Florida DC license and eligibility for malpractice insurance.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
• Teachable attitude and demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Compensation: $80,000.00 – $ per year.
