Job SummaryFollows established procedures, cleans, disinfects, and services hospital units, patient rooms, critical care, specialty areas, and offices of the hospital and its subsidiaries. As needed, operates electrical and battery-powered equipment.
Required Qualifications- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts.
- Basic ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.
- Successful L2 Background screening is preferred.
- One (1) year of experience in housekeeping, linen or environmental services is preferred.
HS EQ:
High School Diploma, GED or Certificate
- FDL:
Valid Driver's License
As part of Sarasota Memorial Health Care System’s commitment to keeping people safe, all individuals providing care to vulnerable populations are required to undergo background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Prefer successful L2 Background screening.
