Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position located in Gulf Breeze, FL, for a Masters Clinical Therapist. The role involves providing individual and group therapy focused on addiction recovery, conducting case management, and facilitating family therapy sessions. The therapist will collaborate with team members to create individualized treatment plans and offer education to clients and families about mental health and recovery strategies.
The position requires a commitment to compassionate care and effective treatment practices that align with Gulf Breeze Recovery’s mission.
- Strong background in Social Work, Psychology, and Mental Health
- Proficiency in Case Management, including developing treatment plans and maintaining detailed client records
- Experience delivering Family Therapy and supporting family systems in the context of addiction recovery
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Florida (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience in addiction treatment or a related healthcare setting is preferred
$35-$40 an hour for an annual salary of $72,800-$83,200
