Location: Sunrise Harbor
Position Summary
Assists Emergency Department nursing personnel as required. Performs procedures for which they are prepared in a safe and efficient manner under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Reports all pertinent information to appropriate personnel.
EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Licensures / Certifications- EMT/Paramedic Certification or
- PCT Certification or
- Foreign Medical Graduate
- BLS certification
Knowledge of principles of patient assessment skills, including performance of EKG's is a must. Computer skills preferred. Bilingual preferred.
ExperienceMinimum of one (1) year as a PCT, EMT or Foreign Medical Graduate.
