Job
- Provides direct psychological services to university students including individual, couples, and group counseling. Conducts clinical assessments and formulates diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Provides initial triage assessments, crisis intervention, and int دارند for students.
- Provides clinical consultations to family members and campus community constituents.
- Completes intake summaries, psychological assessments, emergency evaluations, progress notes, and termination summaries in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Participates in Counseling and Psychological Services and university committees, and provides outreach presentations, program consultation, and prevention programming.
- Provides clinical supervision and/or training of interns in APA‑Accredited Doctoral or Master’s Internship programs. May present and lead training seminars.
- Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from anrub‑accredited program (degree to be conferred within 90 days of hire).
- Doctoral candidates pursuing licensure after completing the post‑doctoral residency must currently be licensed as a psychologist in Florida or be able to obtain licensure within six months of employment.
- Post‑doctoral residency candidates must be licensed as a psychologist in Florida within two years of employment.
- Significant experience in college counseling centers or clinics, strong clinical skills, and demonstrated ability with outreach, consultation, and suicide prevention programming.
- Demonstrated ability to train and supervise master’s and doctoral interns.
- Track record of teamwork, collegiality, and leadership valued in the Mentor‑Apprentice Training Model.
- Demonstrated skills working with students, faculty, and staff in a dynamic environment.

Salary Range- Starting tch salary for licensed Psychologists: $90,000.
- Starting salary for candidates pending licensure: $85,000.
