Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-time

Step Up Rehab is hiring a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our compassionate team. This role is located in Indiantown, FL.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed an accredited occupational therapy program recognized by the Board of Occupational Therapy Practice.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice OT in Florida.
• State or national American Occupational Therapy Association membership is a plus.
• Strong administrative, public‑relations, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
• Thorough understanding of OT principles, methods, materials, equipment.
• Knowledge of safety hazards and precautions.
• Ability to interpret physicians’ orders and recommend treatment programs.
• Emotional stability and commitment to confidentiality.
• Preferred:
  Medicare and third‑party reimbursement knowledge; experience with Net Health.
