Home Caregiver – Full-Time & Part-Time (Sarasota)

Position: Full‑Time & Part‑Time Caregivers

Hours: Flexible, 15‑40 hours per week

• Competitive Pay: 2‑hour shifts: $25/hour; 3‑hour shifts: $20/hour; 4+ hour shifts: $16‑$18/hour (based on experience and client care); 12‑hour shifts and overnights available.

• Support clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, and more.
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders.
• Handle lifting, bending, and transferring tasks.
• Provide transportation for clients as needed.

• 5+ years of home care experience.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain through us).
• Valid Florida driver’s license, car insurance, and vehicle registration.
• Willingness to complete a Level 2 background check.
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week
